The Harren & Partner Group is currently managing a fleet of 58 vessels from a large variety of different segments. This diversification strategy has been the key to our success since the establishment of our company in 1989. Thus tankers, container feeders, bulk and heavy-lift carriers as well as dock ships jointly limit the risk of the typically unsteady shipping markets. 

The core competence of our company’s global activities is comprehensive ship management. Our fundamental philosophy is to offer all services around the life cycle of a vessel from one source. Beginning with the conception of new ships, going on to comprehensive supervision of construction, detailed technical and nautical support of the sea-going fleet and to the sale of a vessel custom-tailored conceptions guarantee the maximum quality and flexibility. 

Besides the extensive activities in the field of ship management, the procurement of capital for the expansion of the fleet is being done by the Harren & Partner Group itself. A qualified team picks out promising projects from prospective markets, examines these thoroughly and finally plans these under consideration of the legal and fiscal circumstances. The preparation of the brochure and the procurement of the fund projects are also among the portfolio of tasks of this department as well as the comprehensive services to meanwhile more than 3.500 investors.
