Harren & Partner Funds
Besides extensive activities in Ship Management, the Harren & Partner Group is also involved in procuring equity capital for fleet expansion. Shipping investments are a centuries-old tradition, a profitable investment, and still based on the same fundamental idea: to create something together and have a share in the financial success of the respective ship according to the amount of capital invested.
A qualified team selects highly promising projects in encouraging markets, examines them thoroughly and ultimately conceptualises them, taking into account legal and fiscal conditions. When choosing an investment opportunity, our primary concern is not capital distribution requirements, but the financial success of a shipping investment. The shipping group also makes a significant financial contribution to all of its projects, thus demonstrating its faith in the projects.

Over the past 19 years, 55 ship funds have already been initiated. Since issuing the first fund in 1992, subscribed limited liability capital has grown steadily. Over 3,500 shareholders have currently invested a total of EUR 360 million equity capital in the Harren & Partner fleet and thus expressed their faith in us. The fact that around half of investors are multiple applicants with an average of three shares and have thus repeatedly opted for our company’s funds speaks volumes.
